Diving In California

Join Scuba Sciences' for a weekend dive trip to California!  The Islands off California offer spectacular diving, consistently clear water, a vast amount of marine life, and are very inexpensive!

 

Nearly every weekend, we travel to California and have terrific diving, delicious food, and you will meet a lot of fun and interesting divers!

 

Some of the animals we will encounter are playful sea lions, brilliantly colored Garabaldi fish, spectacular kelp forests, clever octopus, small, but colorful nudibranchs, graceful bat rays, playful dolphins, the occasional sea turtle & more!

Beach diving (when applicable)
Sorry, discounts are not available if you choose not to take part of the package.

All divers will need cylinders and weights!

In addition to the trip, the Basic Student Package includes:

Scuba Gear rental of B.C., Regulator, S.P.G. with Depth Gauge, 6 mm wetsuit with hood, Cylinder for beach dive, Instructor fees, & Certification card when completed!

Complimentary DAN diving insurance (Basic Students Only)

 

Scuba Sciences' offers three different 
California Scuba Diving Trips:

 

San Diego, California

Hotel based, one day of boat diving, one morning of beach diving.  Great for non-divers too!  Time to spend the afternoon at Sea World, Seaport Village, the beach, etc.

  Two Day Boat Trips

Live aboard diving in the Channel Islands of California.  Where the weather is great, that's where we'll be (San Clemente, Santa Catalina or Santa Barbara Islands)
